Abstract des Autors
Modern high-frequency transducers show a perfect presentation of muscles. Secondary muscle fibers are the smallest visible units. We performed a prospective study of the applicability of muscle sonography in sports medicine. In addition to the clinical examination, the exact localisation and estimation of muscular defects was possible. Muscular sonography as an adjuvant imaging method following the patient's history and clinical examination provides relevant diagnostic information. Verf.-Referat
