Nachdem im 1. Teil bereits wichtige Fragen in Zusammenhang mit den Wechseljahren vor allem aus kultureller Sicht beantwortet wurden, befaßt sich der 2. Teil mit den biologisch-medizinischen Fragen der Wechseljahre, mit den am häufigsten vorkommenden Symptomen sowie mit Risiken als Folge einer Hormonbehandlung. Verf. weist darauf hin, dass ein wohl dosiertes Sporttreiben den natürlichen Lebensübergang in die Wechseljahre erleichtern kann. -lem- |
