Abstract des Autors
The purpose of the present research was to allocate the hypothesis that shot exchange is longer and consequently results in higher aerobic load aground than on hard. Metabolic perceptions vary between hard and ground; aerobic metabolism is more actual aground. Technical characteristics of playing explain the high level of metabolic, observed on two different coverings, approving the initial hypothesis. Long-term measurements of oxygen consumption promoting establishment of maximum intensity within a match is the subject of interest of many researchers. The values of oxygen consumption, registered in the study, were higher than in earlier researches. The fact that testees were young and had no transitions explains high intensity. Moreover, a match with an equal in strength opponent was proved to provoke the rise of heart work and load. Proceeding from the results of the research, duration of response was more remarkable aground than on hard. The results showing the physical and technical variety between ground and hard presuppose that it is good for junior athletes to train on different types of covering: aground – to improve endurance, on quicker coverings - for better technique of playing.
