Abstract

At present the significant increase of sport achievements make the search of new way sportsmen preparation more actual. Biofeedback is the most perspective and optimal method. It promotes to use the physiological and psychological opportunities of person. The efficiency of anyone variant biofeedback depend on changing of micro dynamic of cerebrum informationoanalytical processes, which base on neurodynamic. In this connection neurofeedback occupy the led position among others types of biofeedback using in sport. Using of neurofeedback in sport showed its high efficiency during psychofunctional preparing of the sportsmen of different specializations. But at present the influence of neurofeedback, directional on increase of alpha-rhythm potency, to the basic components of motorial activity, in particular, to temporary characteristics of gymnasts' motions is not studied enough. The electroencephalographic trainings with biological feedback was spent with 12 highly qualified sportswomen (volunteers). The sportswomen were tested to perception of temporary characteristics before course of neurofeedback and after it. Testing consisted of learning of difficult coordination motions, ideomotor accomplishing of voluntary program (free exercises) and accomplishing of program by upper extremities.
