Abstract

Athletes cardiological testing is often founded in France on the analysis andthe interpretation called sportive of the ECG. The authors show the factors of errors which arise in the computation, the recording, and the analysis of the ECG signal. The authors indicate the consequences on the calculation of the parameters used actually for the athletes invigilation. The amplitude of variations caused by these inevitable technical problems is so much important that it is impossible to measure the cardiacresults following upon a particular training. The authors wish to leave the actual utilisation of the interpretation called sportive of the ECG, and to take off these parameters of the personal medical book of athletes. Verf.-Referat
