Der vorliegende Beitrag analysiert den Stellenwert des gegenwärtigen Koordinationstrainings im Fußball, stellt noch bestehende Defizite zur Diskussion und zeigt mit dem „Integrativen Koordinationstraining" einen praxisorientierten Lösungsansatz, wie das Koordinationstraining mit entsprechender Einordnung in den Gesamttrainingsprozess noch effizienter gestaltet werden kann.

The importance of coordination training in football is analyzed, existing deficits are discussed, and Integrative Coordination Training is presented as a practical approach as to how coordination training can be integrated in the overall training process. Only complex coordination training provides the game-relevant linking of resources which in each game situation helps players to retrieve the various resources which are required for the successful dealing with these situations.
