Abstract

Strukturelle und organisatorische Veränderungsprozesse gestalten sich im gemeinwohlorientierten Sport häufig sehr schwierig, insbesondere dann, wenn mehrere Institutionen des organisierten Sports betroffen sind. Der Beitrag greift die bisher zur Beschreibung der Sportinstitutionen und ihrer Kooperations- und Koordinationsstrukturen verwendeten sportsoziologischen, sportökonomischen und sportpolitikwissenschaftlichen Bezugsrahmen auf und untersucht, inwieweit diese Ansatzpunkte für Aufgabenzuweisungen bzw. Aufgabendifferenzierungen und deren Finanzierung beinhalten. Die daraus folgenden idealtypischen institutionellen Arrangements werden exemplarisch auf ihre Übereinstimmung mit den derzeit existierenden Formen geprüft. Abstract

In public-welfare-oriented sport structural and organisational change processes are often very complex, particularly if several institutions of organised sport are concerned. This paper takes up sport-sociological, sport-economical and sport-political frames of reference which so far have been used for describing the sport institutions and their cooperation and coordination structures and examines to what extent they include launch points for the assignments of tasks or for task diffe-r-entiations and their financing. The ideal-typical institutional arrangements resulting from this are examined as to their agreement with the currently existing forms. As a result of the study it becomes apparent that there is a high degree of inefficiency. Verf.-Referat

Dans le sport d’utilité publique, les processus de changement structurels et organisationnels rencontrent souvent de grandes difficultés, surtout quand plusieurs institutions du sport organisé sont concernées. Notre contribution reprend les cadres de référence proposés jusqu’à présent par la sociologie, l’économie et la politologie du sport pour décrire les institutions sportives et leurs structures de coopération et de coordination, et examine dans quelle mesure ceux-ci contiennent des repères pour des attributions et des différenciations de tâches ainsi que pour leur financement. Quand on observe, à titre d’exemples, la conformité des arrangements institutionnels idéal-typiques qui en résultent, avec les formes actuellement en vigueur, on s’aperçoit d’un haut degré d’inefficacité.
