Without world-class coaches there would be no world-class athletes! Bearing this in mind, investing in the development of the coaching profession also means investing in the competitveness of a nation at international championships and Olympic Games. Whoever wants to guarantee sporting success must particularly focus on the standrads required for the social recognition of the coaching profession.
