N2 - The aim of the study was to assess the intrasession reliability of flamingo tests during repeated measures on the pressure plate FootScan. Twenty adults between 20–49 years of age volunteered in the study. The one leg stand lasted for 63 s and three measurements for the left and right leg with a 1 minute rest were recorded. The trajectory of the center of pressure (COP) was measured. The reliability was assessed by intraclass coefficient of correlation (ICC), coefficient of variation (CV) and standard error of measurement (SEM). The ICC 2,1 for the trajectory of COP ranged between 0.82-0.90 for the left and 0.87–0.88 for the right leg. Despite high coefficients of relative reliability, the absolute reliability was lowered. CV for the left leg standing was 13.7% and 9.7% for the right leg standing, SEM 17% for the left and 15% for the right leg standing. However, CV and SEM involve only 68% of the true scores. The CV for 95% range was 26,8% for the left and 19,2% for the right standing, SEM 35% for the left and 31% for the right standing. The measure-ment of one leg standing indicates the level of stability or balance whose are influenced by the number of hardly controlled processes. The current results of the reliability confirm this statement. Verf.-Referat
