Abstract

Modern sport has become a base for studies of human body reserves. Monitoring of effectiveness of the athletes' training process promotes increase of the level of managerial solutions. Thus the study of individual reserve capacities of the ones who train is of undoubtable interest and practical importance. The purpose of the study was to estimate the functional state of the cardiorespiratory system of students-kickboxers in conditions of relative rest and during a specialized test in the transitional period of a mesocycle. The transitional period in students-kickboxers was planned for the period of summer examination when special attention is paid to full physical and mental rehabilitation. There were conducted integrated trainings with the use of broad-spectrum agents. Therefore, in the rehabilitation period the respiratory metabolic process achieved the referential limits testifying to good reactivity of the functional state of kickboxers influenced by the loads of special range of action. Most of cardiopulmonary indices were in the range of physiological changes related to due values. The analysis of received ergospirometric data promoted making individual amendments in the training process regulating it by graduated volume and intensity of applied effects. Verf.-Referat
