Abstract

Die Entwicklung und Vervollkommnung moderner Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien einschließlich damit verbundener Arbeitsweisen ist ein bestimmender Aspekt bei den permanenten Bemühungen, mit Mitteln der Sportinformatik die wissenschaftlich gestützte Trainings- und Wettkampfsteuerung immer wirksamer zu gestalten. Ausgehend von einer zusammenfassenden Darstellung des aktuell verfügbaren Methodenspektrums und der Einsatzbereiche, werden beispielhaft innovative Anwendungen der komplexen Informationssysteme bzw. einzelner Teilkomponenten beschrieben, die sich im Olympiazyklus 2001-2004 als feste Bestandteile der Wettkampf- und Trainingsunterstützung herauskristallisiert haben. Gleichzeitig wird das generelle informationstechnologische Entwicklungskonzept verdeutlicht, das ein universell einsetzbares digitales Videoanalysesystem in den Mittelpunkt stellt und auf eine schrittweise Einbindung spezieller Softwaremodule orientiert. An Beispielen wird gezeigt, wie Leistungsdaten und Videodokumente zur multimedialen Kennzeichnung individueller Entwicklungscharakteristika zusammengeführt werden. Außerdem wird auf die neuen Möglichkeiten der didaktischen Gestaltung und der Präsentation von Analyseergebnissen verwiesen. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass die "Medialisierung des Spitzensports" ein bestimmendes Entwicklungsmerkmal bleibt und die zukünftigen Informations-/Kommunikationskonzepte auf einen zunehmenden Informationsaustausch über das Internet ausgerichtet sein werden. Abstract

The development and perfection of modern information and communication technologies - including connected modes of operation - represent a dominating aspect in the continuous approach to apply of sports informatics for an effective process of scientific training and performance control. Starting with a summarizing presentation of the actual stock of methods and their field of application examples for innovative applications of complex information systems res. of individual components are presented which have become established parts of competition and training counselling during the Olympic cycle 2001-2004. Simultaneously the general developmental approach in information technology is illustrated that focuses on a digital video analysis system which can be applied in many fields. Step by step special software modules have been developed which now become part of the complex system. Selected examples show the mode of operation to assemble performance data and video documents in a multimedia presentation of individual developmental features. In addition new possibilities for the didactical arrangement and presentation of scientific findings are presented. The "medialization of elite sport" is considered a decisive developmental feature. Future information and communication concepts will to make use of the Internet for the exchange of information. Verf.-Referat
