Abstract des Autors
The prevention of post-operative complications in the surgery of the frontal cruciate knee ligament has become a necessity. The procedure by the method of Schelbourn is concentrated on the elimination of the most frequently encountered post-operative problems. In agreement with general and detailed recommendations kinesitherapy started 24 hours after the procedure made it possible to obtain a degree of motion in the knee joint from 0 to 90 degrees already a month after the procedure. The applied physiotherapeutic treatment which is an integral component of the method, allows the elimination of a number of post-operative complications and causes a quick return of the patient to everyday life.
