Abstract des Autors

The goal of this study was to verify the possibility for students in Physical Education to acquire efficient behaviours during their professional formation. For that, it used a profile of particular capacities shown by efficient teachers. The abilities distinguishing this group from a non-selected one shaped the profile. In the training courses, the trainees received supervision composed of numbered information about these skills. This information was bound to a request from the supervisor for the modification of this specific behaviour in the directed direction. Two analyses were made: a long-term one, on global results of the experiment, and a short-term one, on immediate results following a supervision. The first analysis didn't show significant results and the second allowed us to build a typology: from easy-to-change to difficult-to-change behaviour. Verf.-Referat
