It is possible to affirm that a good amortization system should absolutely favor some kind of plasticity of running eliminating the biomechanical adaptations that humans automatically search and that can vary running economy and then locomotion. Moreover, as shown in our studies, the system FILA 2A characterized by particular elastomeric elements in synergy with air strongly prevent lateral instability insuring a correct support and pushing of the foot.
