Abstract des Autors
According to Bruegger the etiology of the "tennis elbow" can be the overstrain of the flexor muscles. These would react hypertone tendomyotic and would hurt while stretched. The tendomyosis of the extensor muscles would be hypotone only as a protective reaction and would hurt in contraction. In diagnostics the primary affected muscles could be differentiated: pain in extension of the wrist during isometric contraction would be worse than in neutral position and even less in flexion, when the flexors are primarily overstrained; pain in flexion would be worse than in neutral position and in extension when extensors are overstrained. Therapy is then oriented towards the cause of the complaints. Verf.-Referat
