Abstract des Autors
Groin pain may be a response to an overstrain of the gluteus muscles. According to Bruegger this may be the cause of a hypotone tendomyotic reaction of the adductor muscles for protective reasons. In athletes groin pain often occured after extensive training for muscular strength of the glutei, while they never complained about gluteal pain. We usually found a tender point in the upper medial region of the gluteus maximus called Huber point, which would react positively to local anesthetics. Groin pain disappeared in subjective and objective findings. Verf.-Referat
