Abstract des Autors
In 12 male patients with angiocardiographic assured coronary artery disease and after myocardial infarction (6 anterior, 6 posterior) the prevalence of silent ischemia during coronary sport was studied. At the day of the coronary sport the patients underwent a 24 h Holter monitoring. During the Holter monitoring an exercise electrocardiogramm was also carried out on the following day. 7/12 patients had episodes of silent ischemia during the coronary sport, only 5/12 patients had episodes of ischemia during the exercise elecrocardiogramm. Conclusions: Episodes of silent ischemia are not uncommon during coronary sport myocardial infarction. It is not always possible to predict them through an exercise electrocardiogramm. Verf.-Referat
