Abstract des Autors
Comparative studies between the traditional work load test bicycle ergometer and treadmill and the new developped sport-specific treadmill test and football-specific field test were made, when investigating 40 players of the A-Youth-League and 10 player of the Hessen-League. During matches further examinations followed. The maximal biological performance parameters were registered significantly higher - VO2max < 68 ml/kg - with the new treadmill method, consisting of 6 three-minute-intervals with permanently changing slope and speed. The maximal lactate acidosis ranged from 11.6 to 12.4 mmol/l in all test methods. During matches the anaerobic capacity already is attained at lactate concentration of 4.7 +/- 1.0 mmol/l. These results should cause a change in view of performance diagnostics of football players. Further sport-specific field and laboratory tests have to be developped. Verf.-Referat
