Abstract des Autors

The aim of the previous work was to describe acute changes of blood variables in their time course during aerobic and anaerobic exercise tests including the comparison between both forms of workload and to regard restrictions of the otherwise valid interpretability of such variables. For that purpose, blood samples were taken from 22 cyclists (German national junior team, 16-17 years of age) in the morning before exercise and 1 min, 6 min and 1 h or 1 day after exercise. 11 cyclists each were tested aerobically (stepwise increasing bicycle ergometry) or anaerobically (15 seconds test and 45 seconds test). Besides ergometry data 30 variables of venous blood as well as variables of blood gas analysis and lactate were measured as variables of interest. In comparison to the high increases of leucocytes during acute exercise (by 93 or 79%, respectively) the changes of iron metabolism are more moderate. Verf.-Referat
