Abstract

This thesis studied the exercise effects on plasma ANP, Na+, K+, ATPase of RBC membrane, plasma insulin and plasma lipid in the group of obesity. It was found that during the period of acute submaximal intensity treadmill exercise, plasma ANP was markedly increased in the obese group, and it also increased in the control group; Na+, K+, ATPase activity apparently decreased in the obese group, while in the control group, it increased about 19.1. After 12-week-training, the Na+, K+, ATPase activity increased 34,4 in the obese group; plasma lipid changed slightly, plasma HDL-ch level increased notably. For the kinesic changes of biochemical substance mentioned above, the genesis mechanism and probing the significance on sports-biology was discussed. The author pointed out that long period and moderate intensity training would be of benefit to the body, not only for the weight reduction, but also for improving the cardiorespiratory functions.
