| abstract |
Die Motivation im Sport wird als komplexes Wirkungsgefuege gesehen. Es wird versucht, den inneren Aufbau und die Dynamik des Integrationszusammenhanges der Motivation transparent zu machen. Dies geschieht ueber den Versuch, die Strukturierung des Motivationsgefueges in einem mehrdimensionalen theoretischen Modell darzustellen. Dabei wird unterschieden zwischen: 1. Triebhafter Grundlage, 2. emotional-effektiver Bindung, 3. einer Ausrichtung und Stabilisierung aufgrund individualer und sozialer Beduerfnisse, 4. intellektueller Verstaerkung und 5. einer an Ziel- und Wertvorstellungen orientierten Willensentscheidung.
