Abstract
In this study, Swiss albino rats were used in three groups: sedentary, and immediately and 30 minutes after the exercise. Blood samples were obtained to determine erythrocyte counts (RBC), hemoglobin concentration (Hb), hematocrit values (Htc) and changes in MCV, MCH, MCHC and plasma volume (delta-PV). As a result post exercise values of RBC, Hb, Htc and MCHC decreased significantly but changes in -delta-PV, MCV and MCH were not significant. Verf.-Referat
