Abstract
This paper is based on the findings of a survey carried out among some elite football teams in China. It puts forward the technical and physical norms to be fulfilled by these teams in workouts of different intensities, while expounding the theoretical principles on which these norms are based. It also points out some problems common to the Chinese teams in training. Verf.-Referat
