Abstract des Autors
The author maintains that there are certain problems that cannot be ignored in the application of sports statistics. In this paper two problems are discussed: 1. How to deal with the relations among null hypothesis, significance level, the power of a test and the size of samples in the testing of a hypothesis. 2. If the correlation coefficient differs significantly from zero, its value should be estimated over again.
