Abstract

The analysis of motoric effeciency was performed by introducing a division into two groups of - dominating and distinguishing traits. The dominating trait was that motoric trait which was the best among other in a tested person. Distinguishing traits were defined in a test in which the tested person achieved a result equal to or better than the arithmetic mean. The distinguishing trait is a basis for defining the type and extent of motoric effeciency. Analysis of the basic functional components of motoric efficiency has shown existence of a two level motoric potential: specific (higher efficiency level) and non-specific (lower efficiency level). Such understood, the motoric potential is a total of the speed, strength and endurance. Thus, the level of each motoric trait consists mainly of dispositions specific for each of them. It was shown that there is a need for definition of the motoric potential as an objective criterion for physical capabilities of the individual. Verf.-Referat
