Abstract
An unusual thumb injury with an avulsion of the ulnar collateral ligament of the metacarpophalangeal joint and simultanous dislocation of the carpometacrapal joint is presented. Immediate repair of the ruptured structures at both joints produced a satisfactory result. Verf.-Referat
