Abstract
The authors present blunt striated muscle injuries. Their experience is based on 290 cases. They describe the different clinical signs and bases of other experimental works, such as the aetiopathological explanation of the pathological process. In the diagnosis, they applied contact thermography (Flexytherm, Newsbury). With its aid, one can differentiate local hypo and hyperthermic cases. They give an explanation of the phenomena. They give the details of the treatment, along with advice for recovery. They note the cause of their failures. As control method they used a laboratory tool, determination of blood creatinephosphatase. Verf.-Referat
