Abstract
The authors, after having presented the clinical pictures of traumatic lesionsof the urogenital apparatus with what they believe to be the most appropriate therapy for these lesions, ascribe their experience to traumas of the urogenital apparatus received while playing football. The organs in question wereexternal genitals (12 cases) followed a long way behind by the internal urological parts (3). Only one case needed surgical intervention, which was conservative, the other 13 cases were resolved exclusively by medical therapy while only one needed medical and endoscopic treatment. In all cases there was complete recovery with restitutio ad integrum and all returned to their athletic activity. Verf.-Referat
