Abstract
In dem Beitrag soll gezeigt werden, wie Sportpsychologie institutionell und strukturell als integraler Bestandteil eines durchgängigen, auf den langfristigen Leistungsaufbau fokussierten Fördersystems (vom Sportschüler bis zum Olympiasieger) etabliert werden kann. Exemplarisch geschieht dies am Beispiel des Landesteams Sportpsychologie Brandenburg. Dieses ist seit 2009 für das gesamte sportpsychologische Angebot im institutionalisierten Leistungssport (Spezialschulen Sport und Olympiastützpunkt Brandenburg) konzeptionell und organisatorisch verantwortlich. Abstract
This article attempts to show how sports psychology can be established institutionally and structurally as an integral part of a continuous promotion system with the focus on the long-term performance build-up (from sports pupil to Olympic champion). The sport-psychology team of the German Land of Brandenburg is used as an example. Since its establishment in 2009, this team has been responsible for the entire sport-psychology offer within the institutionalized elite sport of the Federal Land of Brandenburg (Special Sport Schools and OlymicTraining Centers) both as far as concept and organization are concerned. Dans cet article on peut lire comment la psychologie du sport peut s'établir au niveau institutionnel et structurel comme élément d'encouragement global axé sur une amélioration à long terme des résultats sportifs (de l'écolier sportif au vainqueur olympique). L'équipe de psychologie du sport du land de Brandebourg a été choisie à titre d'exemple. Cette équipe existe depuis 2009 et est en charge de tout le programme psychologique en matière de sport institutionnalisé du land sur les plans conceptionnels et organisationnels. Verf.-Referat
