Abstract
In dieser Beitragsserie wird das vielfältige Aufgabenspektrum des Trainers im Hochleistungs- und Nachwuchsbereich thematisiert. Hierbei geht es um Fragen der Trainings- und Wettkampfplanung sowie Trainings- und Wettkampfsteuerung bzw. damit verbundene Schwierigkeiten. Es geht um Top-Athleten ebenso wie um Jugendliche, Motivation und Persönlichkeit. Ebenfalls angesprochen werden Aspekte wie Förderung, zusätzliche Betreuung, Stressbewältigung und Karrieredauer.

In this series of articles the manysided tasks of coaches in the area of top-level sports and sports with young athletes are dealt with. The focus is on questions of training and competition planning as well as on training and competition control and associated difficulties. Both top-level and qouth athletes are dealt with as well as motivation and personality. Aspects such as promotion, additional care, stress management and career duration are also covered.
