Abstract
Abstract
From a functionalistic point of view, the culture of enterprise can be understood as "lubricant" between the individual organizations of the business enterprise, the organization levels, the organization departments and the individual actors. So far, the importance of the culture of enterprise has not been taken much notice of, particularly in the producer cooperative of "elite sport", although it can have a considerable influence on the relationship between autonomy and cooperative costs for individual, extensively autonomous partial units in terms of reaching the collective goal of success in sports.
