Abstract des Autors
Ein 22-jähriger Sportstudent erlitt infolge eines Snowboardunfalls eine direkte traumatische Schnittverletzung des N. peronaeus communis. Trotz operativer Versorgung und intensiver krankengymnastischer Therapie persistiert die Paralyse noch 5 Jahre nach dem Unfall. Durch die Anpassung einer Peronaeusschiene wird die Lähmung so gut kompensiert, dass das Sportstudium ohne wesentliche Einschränkungen erfolgreich fortgesetzt werden konnte. Verf.-Referat
Abstract des Autors
A 22 years old physical education student suffered from a direct trauma of the peroneal nerve due to a snowboard accident. Despite of operative treatment and intensive physiotherapy the peroneal nerve paralysis persisted for at least 5 years. The palsy is compensated by means of a peroneal splint, so that the student is able to successfully continue his study in sports sciences without substantial restrictions. Verf.-Referat
