Abstract des Autors
Following knee disclocation, a comprehensive evaluation of the supporting soft tissue structures is necessary, including ligaments, menisci, articular cartilage, bone, and neurovascular structures. This article stresses the initial use of plain radiographs, and the application of MR imaging to assess the extent of soft tissue trauma, and discusses the value of conventional and MR angiography in the multiple-ligament-injured knee.
