Abstract des Autors
Clinical tests of topical or systemic application of medicaments are difficult to justify ethically. In a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study we tested over a period of 14 days the efficacy of an oral enzyme therapy in 100 volunteers with an experimental heamatoma. The effect of the verum on the intensity and the duration of the pain was significantly superior (p < 0.001). The same enzymes were tested against placebo at 12 volunteers to see the kinetics of efficacy on the pain caused by pressure. The effect of the verum was also significantly better (p < 0.05).
