Zusammenfassung
In the specialty literature the problems generated by the biomechanical analysis of the contemporary technique and knowing the key factors for technical training and the content of optimizing sports training in gymnastics are insufficiently treated and known. Jumps, like all the other disciplines are in constant development both in the technical and material aspect. Specialists continuously look for a good balance between the technical side of executions reported to the human body that is trained and as well a good analysis and development of materials with emphasis on the competition equipment and auxiliary equipment. The complexity of gymnastics is that it is and will always be transforming and the emergence of new elements and new appliances and jumps as well is inevitable.
