Zusammenfassung

CORRELATIONAL ASPECTS BETWEEN THE LEVEL OF HAEMOGLOBIN AND THE SATURATION OF ARTERIAL BLOOD WITH OXYGEN IN THE BODY OF SWIMMERS This paper describes the importance of testing the level of haemoglobin in relation to the arterial oxygen saturation in the body of swimmers, both at rest and after a swimming effort. After testing at rest, the haemoglobin level is below the norm, and after a swimming effort, there is a non-essential increase in this index. The arterial oxygen saturation at rest presents values within the limits of the norm, and after an effort, an increase of SpO2 values is also observed. Therefore, as a result, we can observe a correlation between the estimated respiratory parameters.
