Zusammenfassung

The article is devoted to the problem of deteriorating health and physical fitness of the younger generation. Ensuring a comprehensive harmonious development and a high level of physical fitness of the younger generation is one of the priority requirements of modern society to physical education. Comprehensive physical development of student youth is important not only because it significantly affects the quality of vocational training, but also largely determines the possibility of maintaining a decent lifestyle. In recent years, there has been a steady downward trend in the level of physical fitness of applicants entering universities. This is due to the increase in academic load, leading to fatigue and physical inactivity, problems in social and interpersonal communication. In addition, the practice of unjustified exemption from physical education in schools continues, there is the problem of equipping sports halls with sports equipment, and the presence of the halls themselves. In this regard, there is a decrease in interest in physical education, which affects the level of physical fitness, health and quality of life. A marked decrease in physical activity affects the health, physical development and mental activity of a person. Physical training is an extremely necessary factor for ensuring normal blood circulation, muscle development, posture, flexibility, and maintaining a normal state of the body as a whole. In this regard, we tried to consider in the article the most effective and accessible methods, techniques and means of attracting people to systematic sports; development of moral and value attitude among young people towards a healthy lifestyle; Formation of readiness to participate in programs of mass sports.
