This chapter adopts stakeholder theory as a heuristic approach to explore the stakeholders of the Paralympic Games and Movement. The purpose of this chapter is twofold: (i) to outline the roles and responsibilities of the key stakeholders involved in the organization of the Paralympic Games and (ii) to highlight stakeholder-related management issues faced by the Paralympic Games' organizers when bidding for and hosting a Paralympic Games.
