Abstract

The Scuola dello Sport (School of of Sport) has drawn up its training and educational plan for 2015, a pre-Olympic year, extended by 40% compared with last year, within the framework of the national qualification system for sports coaches. The School seeks to confirm its status as a point of reference for the professional growth of a new generation of Italian sport, officials and coaches and for the technical departments and study centres of national sports Federations. Its offer consists of Courses and Workshops, which are not only training initiatives but also opportunities to discuss and share experiences, with the latest scientific advances supplemented by advanced technical-methodological practices, taking into account the latest international developments. Sport, ever growing in importance, has become a major factor in the country's economy. Thus the 2015 Plan, including the School's presence at the Milan Expo with a Workshop dedicated to sport and nutrition, includes management and communication courses and workshops, such as the second edition of the Olympic management course, the ninth edition of the sport management course organised in collaboration with Luis Business School, the Course on development of sports stadiums and facilities and Workshops on sport-based tourism and the relationship between sport and tourism. A Sport and Society segment has been created with a view to opening up new challenges on the sports field and in civil society and to creating more space for culture in the 2015 training plan. This includes Europe-wide initiatives such as "Sport and support" Europa Meetings and Pro safe sport for young athletes, or the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the sport psychology Society. There will also be an event combing sport and entertainment and a workshop on the history of Coni and sports Federations. The 2015 training plan with its Courses and Workshops shows a School of Sport increasingly open to local realities, thanks to the activities of regional Schools, and alert to the needs of the sporting world, society and the world of culture. La Scuola dello sport nel 2015, anno preolimpico, attraverso l’offerta del suo Piano formativo 2015, ampliata del 40% rispetto all’anno passato e che si attua nel quadro del sistema nazionale di qualifiche dei tecnici sportivi, vuole confermarsi il punto di riferimento per la crescita professionale di una nuova generazione di dirigenti e tecnici dello sport italiano e per le Direzioni tecniche e i Centri studi delle Federazioni sportive nazionalie Discipline associate. La sua offerta si articola attraverso Corsi e Seminari tecnici che rappresentano non semplici momenti formativi, ma occasioni di confronto e di sintesi di esperienze nelle quali le più recenti acquisizioni scientifiche si integrano con pratiche tecnico-metodologiche avanzate e si misurano con le realtà internazionali più evolute. La crescente importanza dello sport lo ha reso un fattore importante dell’economia del Paese. Così il programma formativo 2015, oltre alla presenza della Scuola all’Expo di Milano con un Seminario dedicato a nutrizione e sport, prevede Corsi e seminari di management e comunicazione, come la seconda edizione del Corso dedicato al management olimpico, la nona edizione del Corso di management sportivo organizzato con la Luis Bussiness School, il Corso sulla valorizzazione di stadi e impianti sportivi e Seminari dedicati al turismo sportivo e al rapporto tra sport e turismo. Con l’obiettivo di aprire nuove sfide sui campi di gara e nella società civile e di dedicare più spazio alla cultura, nel Piano 2015 è stata aperta una finestra Sport e società. In essa trovano spazio iniziative a respiro europeo come gli Europa Meeting “Pro safe sport for young athletes” o come la celebrazione del 50° anniversario della Società di psicologia dello sport. Cui si aggiungono un evento che coniuga sport e spettacolo e un seminario sulla storia del Coni e delleFederazioni sportive. Il programma di formazione 2015 con i suoi Corsi e Seminari mostra così una Scuola dello sport sempre più aperta al territorio grazie all’attività delle Scuole regionali e attenta alla necessità del mondo sportivo, della società e della cultura.
