As seen from the results concerning physical fitness of students a new and effective technology of the system-activity approach to physical education for schoolchildren need to be developed and such combinations of teaching methods and techniques should be found that could intensify motor activity during classes, facilitate the comprehensive development of motor qualities and reveal individual abilities of pupils. The aim of the implementation of the activity approach at physical education lessons with primary-school-age children within the framework of the implementation of the federal state educational standard is to increase the physical fitness level of schoolchildren, resulting in higher physical working capacity. The purpose of the technique of formation of universal teaching actions at physical education lessons is to find a solution to a motor task on one's own, analyze and estimate motor actions, search and formulate goals and systematize the acquired knowledge and skills. Cognitive independence and creativity of schoolchildren can be improved by using physical education lessons with primary-school-age children in the conditions of the activity approach within the framework of the implementation of the federal state educational standard. Результаты физической подготовленности учащихся определили необходимость разработки новой эффективной методики системно-деятельностного подхода к физическому воспитанию школьников и поиска таких сочетаний средств и методов обучения, которые позволяют активизировать двигательную деятельность на уроке, способствуют комплексному развитию двигательных качеств, раскрывают индивидуальные способности учащегося. Реализация деятельностного подхода на уроках физической культуры с детьми младшего школьного возраста в условиях реализации ФГOС ориентирована на достижение школьниками высокого уровня физической подготовленности, что способствует улучшению показателей. Методика формирования универсальных учебных действий на уроках физической культуры направлена на самостоятельный поиск решения двигательной задачи, анализ и оценку двигательных действий, поиск и формулирование цели, а также систематизацию полученных знаний и умений. Повышение познавательной самостоятельности и творческой активности учащихся возможно при использовании на уроках физической культуры с детьми младшего школьного возраста деятельностного подхода в условиях реализации ФГОС.
