Abstract des Autors

Changes in the functional state of the nervous system are among the main indicators of changes occurring in the body under the influence of various loads. The basic properties of nervous processes (strength, lability, mobility, agility, balance), the state of the psycho-emotional sphere of the body in many ways determine the overall adaptation strategy, its effectiveness and psychological preparedness for training and competitive activities, stipulate specific individual actions of an athlete in various sports situations. The purpose of the present study was to scientifically substantiate the influence of sports physical load on the functional state of the nervous system of female students. Regular practice of volleyball and basketball, especially within sports clubs contribute to the well developed speed quality and increase of the level of sensory correction during sports playing training session: reduction of simple visual motor reaction time, increase of speed in the tapping test, increase of lability and functional mobility of nervous processes and establishment of strong and average types of the nervous system. All this indicates the improvement of the mechanisms of central regulation of movements, the development of endurance and resistance to both physical and study loads. Verf.-Referat
