Abstract des Autors

The current report is driven mostly by the late changes in the system for physical education and sports in Bulgaria. As in the past 24 years, we apparently get used to the appearance of new structures in the sport system with the fall of each government, so the idea of this article was formed. It does not claim for completeness. The author is trying to answer the question "what should follow?" The article is divided in five parts: nature and characteristics of systems as a whole; nature of the system for physical education and sports (SPES); historical dynamics of the SPES; organizational and management structure; problems and tendencies in the SPES function. The article aims at revealing in an accessible matter and summarized context the nature of this system, to point out literature references and authors, that are working on the subject and to provoke a discussion in all that empathize with the problems in it. If not, we will be stuck in this vicious circle of oligarchy until the next elections, new changes and new strategies and programs. Verf.-Referat
