Abstract des Autors

Our goal was to create a normative evaluation system for reporting individual sports and technical results with weightlifters - juniors women. To achieve this goal we had to solve the following tasks: 1.To analyze the performance and the ratios of competitive and primary - auxiliary exercises for the best greek juniors women weightlifters. 2. To create normative models reflecting mastery in competitive and in main auxiliary exercises. The subject of our study were 35 elite greek weightlifters - juniors women actively competing in 2010. Using a query we recorded the following data: 1. Age (y). 2. Weight (kg). 3. Snatch (kg). 4. Jerk (kg). 5. Power snatch (kg). 6. Power jerk (kg). 7. Power squat (kg). The highest results in the competitive and in the primary-auxiliary exercises achieved in training conditions for the period of preparation were studied. The data was processed by variational, correlational and regressive analysis. CONCLUSIONS: 1. Greek weightlifters fall behind in sport and technical achievements of Bulgarian athletes. 2. Greek weightlifters surpass Bulgarian in the economy of competitive exercise jerk and lag in the snatch. 3. The presence of functional dependencies and equivalent variation between competitive and primary-auxiliary exercises, enables the elaboration of mathematical models to optimize the preparation of the Greek weightlifters. 4. The equations we constructed create opportunities for detection of potential imbalances between absolute and relative values of competitive and primary-auxiliary exercises. Verf.-Referat
