Abstract des Autors
The paper presents the results of a survey related to an analysis of some key indicators that characterize sporting, social, and health status of university students from the cities of Sofia and Plovdiv. More specifically, the following was analysed: sport participation rates, volunteering involvement, attitudes towards smoking, alcohol abusement, obesity, balanced eating, and stress management. The paper also provides a series of recommendations aimed at improving the university sport policies being developed by state and sport organizations in Bulgaria. Verf.-Referat
