Abstract des Autors
The article analyzed the placement of tennis serve and returns (forehands and backhands) in four games of elite tennis players - both men and women. The obtained data were collected with the aid of video analysis. Each half of the tennis court was divided into 25 equal rectangles, aside from this division, two groups of zones were also isolated and used in interpretation of results. The difference in stroke accuracy during winning and losing rallies was evaluated. The analysis of returns in lost and won rallies indicates that there is a noticeable connection between their placement and the final outcome of the rally. Making notational analysis of the best tennis players in the world gives a possibility to use results in training practice. Verf.-Referat
