Abstract des Autors

Nowadays the common idea is that the level of physical health includes both functional indices and parameters of physical development. Thus the analysis of the correlations of organ structure and functions or generally the interaction of the form and content is assumed perspective. The purpose of the present study was to develop individual motor programs combining the modern ideas of the role of various factors in the state of health. As follows from the analysis of the dominating in scientific literature ideas on the studied program, the main hypothesis is that the view of development of aerobic exercise performance in the harmonious combination with human fat and muscle body mass and muscle power can be the conceptual foundation for development of contemporary sports and recreative technologies. Therefore, the inclusion of the means of development of aerobic exercise performance to the structure of recreative power physical training facilitates intensification of the effect of development of muscle power and synthesis of muscle mass. The timely change of training mode using the received regression equation promotes directed correction of proportions, body composition, harmonizing these indices with aerobic exercise performance, achieving thus optimization of the general recreative effect.
