Abstract des Autors

The purpose of the research was to study readiness of teachers of physical culture for innovative work in education and development of their innovative activity. Nowadays one should transfer from the level of methodological finds, optimizing studies, to the innovative-educational design, based on the results of teachers' intellectual activity. Every methodological, technological innovation can and should lay the basis of either database or production prototype or software. The capacities of mass creative use of innovations are assumed one of key evaluation criteria of pedagogical innovations. If the value pedagogical idea or technology stays within the narrow, limited use, it does not testify to pedagogical innovation. Practical use and mass introduction after its approval and objective evaluation is an indispensable attribute of innovative work. In the sphere of training of elite scientific personnel in physical culture and sport on the stage of making thesis numerous results of intellectual activity, capable of legal protection, were revealed, along with placed orders for inventions and patents. But despite the creative variety of methodical innovations, they are still not enough in the practice of schoolteacher of physical culture. Nowadays practicing teacher should give opportunities of studying the basis of insurance of legal protection of their innovative ideas, projects and solutions, assisting in allocation and arranging of results correctly within the programs of extended education and advanced training.
