Abstract des Autors

The most complete ideas on the rational technique of performance of weightlifting exercises were given in the middle of the 70s - beginning of the last century. They resulted from the researches that had been made on the weightlifting department of SCOLIPC, MRSIPC et al. These ideas laid the basis of the contents of curricula of weightlifting experts of the last 30 years. The weightlifters' methods used in the study were based on the integrated instrumental technique, allowing registration of movements, speed and acceleration of apparatus, athlete's joint angles, responses to support, its time-base sweep. Along with many advantages of the technique it has a number of drawbacks: measuring error of up to10% due to using electromechanical indicators; inappropriateness of use of this technique during competitions resulting in still impossible studies of opponents' and our athletes' technical features within competitions; inaccuracy of measurements; estimation of time, angle, kinematic characteristics provoking difficulties in diagnostics of mistakes by 5-7 parameters. The new ideas on the modern technique of performance of weightlifting exercises resulted from the studies in the Research institute of information technologies of Moscow state academy of physical culture in 2010–2012. The technique was analyzed using high-speed filming, mathematical motion simulation and modern programs of video analysis and data processing. Verf.-Referat
