Abstract des Autors

The objective of this theoretical research is the analysis of aiming in archery. We have followed some methods such as study of specialized information sources, expert analysis, theoretical analysis and synthesis. We have found some conclusions as a result of our analysis: aiming as a main element of the archery techniques combines many microstructural elements grouped into two different phases - rude aiming and precise aiming; during the beginners education binocular aiming provides objective solid base on its execution and sport performance; qualified archers' aiming is realized in various conditions of sideways movements of the weapon. Consequently the improvement in aiming requires accuracy in performance and succession in muscles' contractions. Verf.-Referat
