Sports environment contains specific socioeconomic and climatic-geographic factors making the environment unique and original. The analysis of these factors facilitates allocation of negative trends and searching for the ways of expansion of capacities of improvement of physical education of schoolchildren in a certain region.
The study of the effect of socioeconomic and climatic-geographic factors on the state of health of the population of the Far East along with allocation of the general regional trends effecting their way of life compared to the Central Russians and the ways of solution of the problem are of special interest. The studies revealed specific factors effecting the state of health and occupation of physical culture and sport of the population of the Far East. Environmental conditions have an essential influence on pupils' physical status, on their introduction to physical culture and healthy way of life. Climatic-geographic conditions determine the pupil's motor regime, the features of occupations of physical exercises. Socioeconomic conditions form pupils' requirements and interests. Pedagogical factors determine effectiveness and quality of organization of education and training. Due to its plasticity caused by intensive processes of physical and mental development the pupil's body is most sensitive to the negative effects of the environment. Therefore an integrated study of socioeconomic, climatic-geographic and pedagogical factors is required that are viewed for directed organization of sports activity and pedagogical support of schoolchildren at school.
